Took my grandsons computer in to be fixed. Very nice customer service had taken it there before and it wasn't fixed so he was nice enough this time to give me a discount on the labor. My grandson is very happy with it it works great so far. Thank you.

This past Thursday I brought my laptop which was working very slow. Every one at the store were extremely knowledgably and were able to explain to me in plain English what was wrong and how they would fix it. A few hours later they called with what I thought was a very reasonable repair price. I picked it up 2 days later. The computer works great. The company and their employees get a 5+ star rating from me.

My boyfriend brought his Pc and my gaming laptop here at separate times, mine with a virus, and his with memory and hard drive issues and they were amazing both times we've come here. Both of our computers were fixed like new. The service here was super friendly and helpful, and the pricing was 100% reasonable. I 1000% would come back again or recommend to everyone I know.

Had an old style hard drive crash with a ton of important data on it. They managed to recover all my data and get my computer back up and running smoothly. Great customer service and great service in general. Went above and beyond to help get me back up and going without breaking the bank.

Grateful for this shop. They got my PC back up and running better than it was before. Friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Not too expensive and worth every penny! Highly recommend for anyone with any tech issues.

I had to get a new router. I called and they were honest and said they couldn't get there that day but should be able to do it the next day. They also said they would call me either way. I got a call around 11:30 the next morning and the tech person said he should be able to be at my house around 4:30. He was here at 4:30 and everything was done in half an hour. He answered all my questions. When he was talking with my provider they said I also needed a new modem. He explained what it would be like to take care of that myself. Prices were very reasonable. I thought next day service was fantastic and would definitely use them in the future.

Excellent customer service! I had a deadline to recover/transfer some data. Dave started working on it right away and was able to recover it. I am so thankful for their great work and their kind, friendly service. They were very good to me, and I highly recommend them!

Had a situation and the staff were very polite and professional. They tried their best but this time could not help. I had a external hard drive that was password protected that would not allow access. I've delt with this business before and would highly recommend them.

My husband and I brought in our two gaming towers as they just completely stopped working for us. They told us it might be a couple of weeks before they got to look at our computers and we dropped them off, no problem. Just a couple days later they kindly gave us an update and said they were already looking at our machines. My husband called back a couple times to get some more updates as a week went by and they were very kind and gave us all the info. We got them back within a week at a very good price. I ended up having some other issues with my PC afterward and they were extremely nice in looking at my computer TWO more times with no extra charge. All this to say mine and my husband’s PC’s are perfect and running again. Thank you very much!
